By commissioning me you agree to the following:

Myself, as the Artist...
I maintain the rights to post my work in any form. I maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, you can request a piece not be posted publicly or be posted without your name attached. I maintain the right to turn down any commission for any reason, If I refuse a piece midway you will be refunded in full, If you pull out you will be partially refunded based on level of work complete.You, as the Client...
You may NOT reprint your commission for a profit without prior discussion and contract. You may print your commission for personal use. You may edit, crop, and resize the art I make for you, HOWEVER, I require you to still credit me for the artwork. May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me. You may request large edits to sketch pieces, you may request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be additionally paid for once a work is complete. For update and progress photos/timeline you will have to reach out to me first.✰I have chronic pain in my hands and may have to delay commissions from time to time

Payment and Refunds:

Payment is via Paypal Invoice or Kofi donation. Payment is expected after the sketch is complete. I will wait one full week for payment before throwing out your slot.
REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.

What do you use to draw?
The art program I primarily use is Clip Studio Paint Pro, The tablet I use is the Huion H610PRO V2, which I believe is no longer available. It has a 10x6 inch drawing space.Do you accept requests/art trades?
I will never randomly accept requests from anyone unless I specifically put out a post asking for that. I DO NOT accept art trades from strangers, only friends and mutuals.Can I use/repost your art?
For Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has permission to use this art. You would have to ask the commissioner for permission.
For Non-Commissioned Art: Case by case basis. Please ask me directly and state exactly what you want to use it for. If I say yes, I require credit or a link back to me.I WILL NEVER CONSENT TO MY ART BEING USED TO TRAIN PROGRAMS FOR AI GENERATED IMAGES
